Bus Explosion in Makati City

-->
Folks, if you learned about the passenger bus that exploded in Makati City please do not worry about me. I am safe and sound. I was home when it happened.

The sad news happened at around 2pm, 25th of January. Initial investigation says the explosion was from an improvised bomb or homemade bomb. Allegedly it was left under the passenger seat at the mid section of the bus. The bus was running when it happened. The incident took place at the north bound of our major thoroughfare Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA). The location is between Ayala Avenue and Buendia Avenue, Makati City.

Police authorities are still looking at the possible cause or reasons for the explosion. The incident resulted in four casualties and scores of passengers were brought to Saint Lukes Hospital in Global City, Taguig for treatment.

I know this will cause a major setback in the economy most Filipinos are trying to rebuild. The incident took place in one of the business districts of Manila, Philippines. But life goes on in Manila. I know this is not an isolated incident. It could happen anywhere in the world. I am just simply saddened for those who perished. Please help me pray for emotional healing for their families.

That's terrible, blowing up innocent people is sick. Has any group taken responsibility for it? If so who? Glad to hear you're ok.

@Cheqna - Losing a loved one is not so easy to accept. I hope too, the families are alright. @Stephaine- There are lovely and ugly people. Those people are the ugliest living creature who had lived on planet earth. They have no right to exist. @WebbieLady- They are doing these horrendous activities out of their selfish ambition.
