Finally, I found a place to be rented and I could transfer comes March this year. My older brother son and the daughter of my sister will join me at my new place. At present I am renting a place where only ladies are allowed. I could use the entire big house. The thing is I am using the same house with my Catholic Nuns landladies. Because of my nephew, I decided to look for a place for the three of us.
I am a loyal tenant. I stayed at the house where I am right now for eleven years. I will miss my landladies who had been so nice especially when I had some sort of financial problem. There were times I was late paying my rent when my parents were hospitalized. My landladies are very considerate. I also have a neighbor who had been a friend through the years. I will surely miss her. Time changes as life is a constant change. I am glad once in my life I had known some lovely people like them.
My new home is still under construction. The owner promised me it will be ready by February. I made a deposit on condition I could refund my money back in case I back out. I already knew how big the place would be. A one bed room studio type kind of apartment, not so big, but good for three people. The living room has a space for my nephew. We will put partition, and it will serve as his room. As all of us will be working, the living room is not much needed. Most probably, it will be a room for TV viewing and a computer room. There is a small terrace I could put some flowering plants in pots.
There are rooms for rent within the vicinity, same owner. However each room would only be good for two people. I went inside each room and I was pleased how they were constructed. The rooms were still empty, they are both newly constructed. At least I knew already how my place would look like when the construction is done. The place is surrounded with middle class houses with gate and guard at night at the entrance. And, the most important is very accessible to major routes within
Oh, my house is right in front of a Protestant Church and walking distance to a big Catholic Church. I am grinning to myself. I must be good at all times. What a coincidence. I am leaving a house with Nuns as landladies and my new home is surrounded by churches. ☺

Are blogger friends invited for house warming? lol ;')
Congratulations with your new home.I hope it is a nice place to stay.It is expensive to rent a house or a flat in Manila?
@Dai Ning Li- I wish you guys could come. (lol)@roffe - It depends on the location. If your flat is close or within the vicinity of commercial areas, and exclusive villages. Yes, very expensive.

March is still far ... two months away and you have settled already where you are going to transfer... such an organized lady you are.
Congratulations for the new place!
We did the same thing. Rented while our house was being built. That last month is the hardest. The anticipation and the waiting... Good luck and stay in touch
JP, I am so happy about your new home! It is important to have a safe place...so like the idea of a guarded community. Dang it must be a nice size since you will share it with your nephew and niece.
Can't wait to see the pictures!
Hugs!!!

Hey Jolly Princess,
I happy you are almost moving! However, I know it is going to be a bit sad because you will leave the place you have been calling home for eleven years and your friends.
It is very nice of your nephew and niece to live with you!
What kind of plants are you going to have?
@Multibrand- I am happy to be with my family, Harry. I hope the feeling is mutual. *wink* @Ren-I would go for Cattleya and whatever plants I could. Preferably flowering plants. :)

Congrats that you finally found a new place to stay eventhough you will still transfer on March. Regarding the landladies that you've been living with for eleven years it's kind of emotional to part ways and I think if I were in your position that too sentimental I cry like river!:) I think you've een kind in your l;ife that you are sorrounded by the people or places that in touch with God.
